This Mixed Levels class is designed to introduce you to the physical and emotional benefits of a Hatha Yoga practice as you strip away the layers of everyday life to find your true self within.
You will learn basic Asana (postures) with a focus on safe alignment, creating strength/flexiblity and cultivating openness and union with your human body temple. Use of props and modifications to personalize your practice will also be demonstrated.
Guided Prananyama (breathing exercises), Meditation and Relaxation techniques will sooth your mind and spirit as you rest and let go, allowing full integration of your healing practice.
